All Halo Mummas understand the heart sinking “stab in the guts” feeling of seeing pregnancy announcements and baby content on your social media feed post loss.
This is a very common and also NORMAL emotional reaction. It does NOT make you a bad person… you’re just a loving mum who misses her baby and your heart is asking “why not me?!”.
Sometimes we need to take breaks from pregnancy/ baby social media content for our own emotional and mental health and that is OKAY.
I hope this hack works for you and gives you a well deserved break from emotionally triggering content.
The “mute” function is also useful to hide specific people’s content without needing to unfollow them.
